Coach: Odyss
Odyss brings a wealth of playing experience to his coaching, having played in the UK, USA as well as in his native Cyprus.
Starting out at the Anorthosis FC Academy, he eventually caught the eye of the national team set up, earning the chance to represent Cyprus at U17 and U19 level.
Between 2006-2009, Odyss made the move to England, representing Northampton Town FC’s Youth Team and Reserves. Fun fact… if you still have FIFA ‘09 or FM ‘09, you can find Odyss as a playable character from his time here.
He also has experience in the US collegiate soccer system, having attended and represented Saint Leo University between 2009-2011.
Odyss’ coaching experience is no less extensive, having started out over 10 years ago, as a coach for BRSC U15s and U16s in Louisiana. He has also coached at the New York Red Bulls Academy, as well as for Watford FC as a PDC coach during the 2017/18 season.
During his time at Duet, Odyss has been predominantly focused on the RC Lens London Elites program, starting out as an assistant to Coach Mat’s U18s, before taking on the u15s who he has now lead for a season and a half.
In 2019, he achieved the UEFA B qualification in coaching from the Scottish FA and is set to begin the UEFA A in June 2020.
